Fitnessgarage June 2013 Sprint Camp

The first  Fitnessgarage Sprint Camp of this Summer was very successlful. In this week long program, we were able to correct the partcipants running form while gving them tools neccessary to maintain proper posture while running, which increased speed and agility. Throughout the week, there was drastic improvements in the fluidity of running for most participants, as well as comfort in making explosvie movements from a stationary position. One of our main focus was to teach how to maintain our center of gravity throughout the training, which allowed our foot placement to stay underneath our body. All of our participants aquired that skill while thoroughly enjoying themselves and having a wonderful time as seen in the pictures.  We would like to thank everyone who participated, for all for their hard work and dedication to becoming better athletes. We are very excited and looking forward to our next  Track & Field Clinic, June 24 - 28, and Cross country camp, June 24 - 28, which will begin next week.
