According to scientists in Germany and Canada, when you roll out of bed in the morning, drink 16 ounces of chilled H2O (the volume in a typical consumer bottle) this will raise your metabolism by 30 percent : That same study found that the metabolic boost lasted for up to 90 minutes after people took their last sips.
