Two great reasons to keep moving!

Here at Fitnessgarage we can give you at least two great reasons to keep moving!

1. Improves or maintains memory, slows Alzheimer's, and more:
A recent Japanese study shows that combining Aerobic + Strength + Balance exercises into a training program may improve memory in people. So you'll notice we have modified our classes to include all three types of exercise. Other recent research shows that one of the best ways to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's through lifestyle changes is to just be physically active on a regular basis, two to three times per week: walk, bicycle, swim, life weights, stretch, and tone.

2. Helps prevent weight gain
The holidays--Hallowe'en, Thanksgiving, Christmas and more--are almost here and many of us find ourselves eating more than we'd like and gaining weight. Well, worry no more! Increase your attendance to our classes. or schedule private training sessions, and you'll fight that weight gain! Get an early start to prepare for the next few months.
