Description:

The core plays a major role in our ability to maintain good posture. In this class you will do a variety of exercises that focus on the core, which includes the abdominal muscles, obliques, and the back. This class also features a variety of exercises designed to improve balance and overall body strenght. Come in for an hour and get a great workout.
